De fato, na época em que o simples “ficar” se torna tão corriqueiro, pequenos gestos, atenções, música envolvente e um cardápio saboroso podem tornar um jantar romântico inesquecível, podem tornar você inesquecível!

Aproveitar para preparar um jantar especial para ela e saborear a dois as suas obras-primas é tiro certo, não há mulher que não capitule a uma manifestação de cavalheirismo. Não duvide! Pode surpreender mulheres de qualquer idade.
Para ajudá-lo nessa tarefa de sedução sugerimos duas receitas leves e fáceis de fazer.

Medalhão de filé mignon ao molho páprica picante

Ingredientes (para 2 pessoas): 600 gramas de filé mignon, sal, pimenta do reino, 2 colheres de sopa de azeite.2 colheres de sopa de manteiga, 3 colheres de sopa de cebola picada, 1 colher de chá de páprica picante, 250 ml de caldo de carne, 500 ml de creme de leite fresco

Modo de preparar: Corte os filés em medalhão de aproximadamente 300 gramas e tempere com sal e pimenta do reino. Leve-os para grelhar com azeite em frigideira antiaderente em fogo médio por 5 minutos de cada lado. Reserve.

Em outra frigideira coloque a manteiga, junte a cebola e leve ao forno para dourar. Acrescente a páprica, o caldo de carne e deixe cozinhar por 10 minutos em fogo baixo.Adicione creme de leite fresco, corrija o sal e sirva o filé sobre o molho bem quente.

Ninhos de Morangos

Ingredientes: Massa e creme de confeiteiro, 250 gramas de massa folhada em forma de ninho, 3 gemas, 75 gramas de açúcar, 20 gramas de farinha de trigo, ¼ de litro de leite, 1 colher de café de essência de baunilha, 20 gramas de creme de chantilly sem açúcar

Coulis de morango: 125 gramas de morangos, 80 gramas de açúcar
Decoração: raspas de chocolate branco, morangos fatiados, creme de confeiteiro

Modo de preparar: Asse a massa folhada, deixe até a massa crescer e dourar. Retire e reserve.Para o creme: Bata as gemas, o açúcar e a farinha. Ferva o leite e junte-o levemente ao creme. Leve ao fogo baixo mexendo até engrossar. Retire do fogo, acrescente a baunilha, deixe esfriar e misture o creme de chantilly.
Para o Coulis: No liquidificador, bata alguns morangos com açúcar. Leve ao fogo para reduzir um pouco e passe na peneira (Coulis).
Para finalizar: Coloque nos pratos uma colher de Coulis, os ninhos de massa folhada no centro recheados com o creme de confeiteiro.

Distribua os morangos fatiados em volta.
Coloque as raspas de chocolate e polvilhe o açúcar de confeiteiro.
