Por isso, peço desculpas aos comerciantes e fabricantes das máquinas. Em nenhum momento foi minha intenção desmerecê-los, e, muito menos, exacerbar minhas qualidades como Chef de Cozinha, quis apenas trazer a atenção de que é no capricho da preparação que resulta os pratos saborosos, sejam eles um frango assado ou um faisão.
Esclarecido o fato, retomo a questão: pratos caros com muitos ingredientes são os melhores? Não, necessariamente, pois se mal preparados também podem ser intragáveis! Disposto a desfazer a má impressão que posso ter causado, abri a porta da geladeira procurando encontrar inspiração para a receita deste mês. Deparei-me então com quatro chuchus esquecidos num canto. Percebi neles um certo ar de súplica como que masoquistamente me pedissem para serem sacrificados por uma boa causa: criar uma receita bonita e barata.
Ah! Dedico essa receita ao meu amado amigo, que por razões de discrição não revelarei o nome.
Torta de Chuchu
INGREDIENTES:
4 chuchus
2 ovos
2 colheres de sopa de queijo ralado
1 colher de sopa de manteiga
2 colheres de sopa de farinha
½ xícara de leite
Sal a gosto
PREPARO:
Cozinhe o chuchu em água fervente com sal.
Passe o chuchu na peneira e junte os ovos, o queijo ralado, a manteiga, a farinha, o leite e mexa bem. Verifique o ponto: se estiver muito firme, adicione um pouco mais de leite. Tempere com sal e pimenta-do-reino a gosto. Despeje a massa numa forma polvilhada com farinha de trigo. Asse em fogo médio até ficar dourada.
OBS.: É um excelente acompanhamento para o nosso frango assado.
