Já acompanhei a hora do lanche na educação infantil em várias escolas. As lancheiras estão sempre recheadas de produtos industrializados. A quantidade de crianças que levam lanche preparado carinhosamene em casa é mínima. Não me refiro aqui à questão nutricional, e sim ao aconchego que pode significar a alimentação para a criança.

Quando o bebê é alimentado não é só a fome do estômago que é saciada, mas também a de carinho. É assim que nasce a sensação de prazer , e não só de satisfação de uma necessidade, a alimentar……………………………………………………………….
É esse modelo que poderia – ou melhor – deveria ser mantido à medida que a criança cresce. Preparar um suculento bolo de chocolate para o filho demanda tempo, também muita dedicação, mas são nessas situações simples que os pais podem expressar sua afetividade e ensinar. São elas que vão construir a memória de sabores e afetos da criança.

Ingredientes:
Massa –2 xicara de farinha de trigo, 1 xícara de cacau em pó 70%, 4 ovos
200 gramas de chocolate amargo em barra derretido, 1 copo de iogurte, 200 gramas de manteiga derretida, 2 xícaras de açúcar, 1 colher de sopa de fermento em pó...
Calda – 1 xícara de açúcar, meio litro de água, 1 cálice de conhaque.
Recheio 1– 1 pacote de suspiros triturados.
Recheio 2 – 1 litro de creme de leite fresco, 400 gramas de chocolate meio amargo em barra, 1colher de sopa de manteiga, 1 colher de sopa de mel, 1 pacote de gelatina sem sabor derretida em 3 colheres de sopa de água.
Corbetura – meio litro de creme de leite fresco, 300 gramas de chcolate ao leite
Preparo:
Massa – Bata os ovos com o açúcar, junte a farinha com o chocolate em pó. Aos poucos junte o iogurte e por último a manteiga derretida com o chocolate em barra. Para crescer, junte fermento e misture delicadamente……………………………………………
Calda – cozinhe o açúcar com a água até formar uma calda rala . Por último desligue o fogo e acrescente o conhaque………………………………………………………
Recheio – separe o creme de leite em duas partes iguais. Uma delas bata em ponto de chantili. A segunda parte misture com o chocolate em barra derretido, o mel e a manteiga. Incorpore a gelatina nesse creme, deixe esfriar e acrescente delicadamanete o chantili.
Cobetura- esquente o creme de leite junte o chocolate e derreta até formar uma ganache…………………………………………………………
Montagem: (dentro de um aro) Divida a massa em três, intercale massa regada com a calda, recheio suspiros, sendo que a última camada deverá ser de massa. Mollhe com a calda o bolo inteiro, cubra com papel filme e leve à geladeira de um dia para o outro. No dia seguinte cubra a superficie com a ganache e alise. Deixe endurecer e retire o aro…………………………
Obs: no aro deverá ser deixado um espaço para conter a cobertura final………………..
