A chegada das férias sempre vem acompanhada de uma agradável sensação de alegria, principalmente para quem entrou em férias. Mesmo para quem continua na sua rotina de trabalho, acrescentando o reboliço das crianças em casa, é possível compartilhar da alegria delas, e entrar no clima. Assim você fica bem e aproveita o máximo a estação.
Para aqueles dias em que a ordem é relaxar e fazer “quase” nada preparamos duas receitas práticas e saborosas: no lugar do jantar um lanche, invés do sanduíche da semana uma receita que vale por uma refeição e uma sobremesa que vale conferir.ale a pena conferir!

SANDUICHÃO
500 g de queijo minas picado, ½ xícara de leite,
200 g de queijo tipo gouda, ½ xícara de leite,
¾ de xícara de cebolinha verde bem picada, 180 g de peito de peru picado
3 colheres de sopa de suco de limão,
2 beterrabas pequenas raladas,
2 colheres sopa de suco de limão,
3 cenouras pequenas raladas,
1 colher de sopa de mostarda,
2 pães de forma fatiados no sentido horizontal,
180 g de uvas passas brancas.
1 maçã verde fatiada, deixada de molho em 3 colheres de sopa de suco de limão
1 xícara de maionese, Picles picados, 1 alface americana fatiada bem fina
Bata o queijo minas com ½ xícara de leite no liquidificador até formar uma pasta. Reserve. Repita a operação com o queijo gouda. Reserve.
Divida a pasta de queijo minas em 3 partes.
Separe uma parte e misture com o peito de peru, o suco de limão e reserve.
Com a segunda parte misture o suco de limão e a beterraba.
Com a terceira parte misture a cenoura e a mostarda e reserve.
Coloque uma fatia de pão no prato de servir, com uma faca espalhe 1 camada grossa da pasta de peito de peru.
Cubra com outra fatia de pão, passe uma camada de pasta de cenoura e por cima distribua as passas.Cubra com outra fatia de pão e espalhe a pasta de beterraba.
Disponha as fatias de maçã por cima desta pasta.
Continue montando o sanduíche usando 1 camada de queijo gouda e mais uma de peito de peru. Termine com uma fatia de pão sem pasta.
Cubra o sanduíche com um pouco de maionese temperada com limão.
Enfeite com picles, nas laterais com a alface picada.
Leve a geladeira até a hora de servir. Dá para 16 porções ou 2 sanduíches.

Farofa: ½ xícara de chá de farinha Láctea., ½ xícara de chá de leite em pó
2 colheres de açúcar, 1 xícara de chá de nozes picadas
Creme: 2 latas de creme de leite, Suco de 2 limões, 1 colher de sopa de mel
3 colheres de sopa de chocolate
Farofa: bata todos os ingredientes no liquidificador (pulsar). Reserve
Creme: bata todos os ingredientes no liquidificador.
Alterne a farofa e o creme em camadas numa taça.
Leve à geladeira até a hora de servir.
