“De manhã na cozinha sobre a mesa vejo o ovo”

Esta frase acima é de um conto da Clarice Lispector: O Ovo e a Galinha. Um conto muito hermético, como tudo que Clarice viveu para escrever e nos encantar a decifrar. Seus contos e romances são profundos e nos levam a reflexões. O ovo veio antes da galinha?  Sim! Os cientistas comprovam!

O ovo da galinha é um alimento delicioso, uma comida saudável e completa. Claro que das galinhas que crescem livrementes, sem hormônios — que botam ovos orgânicos!

Quando tenho tempo para sonhar, o meu café da manhã começa com uma omelete batida com algumas colheres da farinha de tapioca. E o ovo vira uma crepioca — mais uma das modernidades brasileiras. Ou quando estou com muita fome e só tenho um ovo, faço-o mexido no azeite ou na manteiga — com um pedaço de pão, vira um banquete!

O ovo é o começo de uma vida e nele estão todos os enigmas da criação: é circular e representa o renascer. Podemos usar tudo dele: a casca, a gema e a clara. A casca contém proteínas que podem ajudar na adubação da terra, a clara tem mil utilidades e a gema então nem se fala…

Eu amo o ovo da galinha e nem sempre amo a galinha. Um mistério que só Clarice Lispector poderia nos instigar! Um mistério na canção de Caetano Veloso: “que mistério tem Clarice? Pra guardar-se assim, tão firme, no coração…”

Eu faço uso dos ovos na minha cozinha para fazer os bolos, doces e salgados, recheios etc. O ovo é imprescindível na confeitaria. Fico imaginando uma cozinha vegana, onde o ovo não pode fazer parte da receita… O ovo é um ingrediente mágico! 

Nada substitui a delícia de comer um ovo bem-feito na simplicidade; um alimento rico em nutrientes e que serve como ingrediente de delícias milenares. 

Um dos maiores prazeres da minha infância em Taiuva, na casa da minha avó, era encontrar nos poleiros, embaixo das palhas dos ninhos, os ovos ainda quentinhos. 

Termino o ano aqui, neste jornal que amo tanto, com essa reflexão sobre o ovo e a galinha e desejo um feliz Natal a todos os leitores e amigos. E um excelente Ano Novo, que possamos ter muita paz e amor! 

CREPIOCA

INGREDIENTES: 2 ovos inteiros (batidos com um fouet ou um garfo) e 4 colheres de sopa de farinha de tapioca. Sal à vontade, um pouco de azeite, queijos (o que tiver na geladeira), orégano, tomate cereja, manjericão. 

Modo de fazer:  Levar ao fogo, numa frigideira antiaderente com um pouco de azeite. Despejar a mistura de ovos e tapioca, deixar fritar e colocar o queijo picadinho, o tomate e as ervas. Fechar a crepioca com uma espátula para que fique como uma omelete. Servir com uma salada verde e fatias de pão. Bom apetite! Feliz 2020!
