1 Kg de sardinha, 1 lata de molho de tomate, sal a gosto,

1 copo de azeite de oliva, 1 xícara de chá de azeitonas pretas, 4 folhas de louro,
1 copo de vinho branco seco
PREPARO:
Tempere os filés com sal e pimenta. Enrole-os e prenda-os com um palito. Leve à panela de pressão com todos os ingredientes, menos as azeitonas, por 30 min. Destampe a panela, acrescente as azeitonas, tampe e cozinhe até apitar de novo. Desligue o fogo e deixe esfriar, com a panela tampada, até o dia seguinte. Transfira para um refratário, regue com azeite e conserve em geladeira.
