Plantio de árvores nativas no baixo Cebolinha marca a comemoração da Vila Mariana nos 468 anos da cidade!

O Cades VM, Agenda 2030 VM,  a Horta da Saúde e a Subprefeitura da Vila Mariana realizaram uma ação regenerativa e de manutenção na Praça Soichiro Honda (no baixo Cebolinha) para homenagear os 468 anos da cidade de São Paulo.  A ação, seguindo todos os protocolos de segurança, .contou com um plantio coletivo entre poder público e sociedade civil para presentear o município com 27 mudas nativas da Mata Atlântica (Abiu Amarelo, Aroeira Preta, Bacupari, Cabeludinha, dois Cambucis, Canela Noz Moscada, Cereja do Rio Grande, Guanandi, Guarantã, Ipê Branco, Ipê Roxo Bola, Jabuticaba, Jacarandá Caroba, Jenipapo, Jequitiba Branco, Jequitibá Rosa, Mogno Brasileiro, Oiti, Pau Brasil, Pau Ferro, Pau Formiga, Pau Mulato, Pau Viola, Uvaia, Figueira das Lágrimas, Pau Rei — e algumas árvores em extinção, , com a intenção de aumentar a biodiversidade: Figueira das Lágrimas e Aroeira Preta,.

O plantio contou com as presenças do subprefeito Luis Miyabara, de ativistas e ambientalistas, como o médico e ex-vereador Gilberto Natalini e Carlos Henrique Andrade Oliveira, assistente parlamentar da ALESP, da reitoria da Unifesp, com a Dra Profa Isabel Hartmann de Quadros, o Dr. Prof Dan Levy, a Dra Profa Pro Reitora Adjunta Georgia Mansour e a Prof. Flavia, que representaram o Reitor Dr. Prof. Nelson Sas, e a vice-reitora Dra. Profa Raiane Assumpção. E a participação de membros de vários CADES: Jabaquara, Mooca, Ipiranga, Ermelino Matarazo, Vila Prudente, Santo Amaro, Butantã, Vila Maria, Casa Verde entre outros, Instituto de Cultura da Paz Palas Atenas representados pela Profa Lia Diskin, vencedora do prêmio Unesco 2015 de Direitos Humanos. Também representantes da Honda Motors participaram do plantio: Euclides Araújo e Kiyoshi Kuniy. E Fernando Almeida, que patrocinou as 27 novas mudas, (a mãe dele deixou uma herança para que Fernando presenteasse a natureza com melhorias sócio-ambientais) adquiridas da Fábrica de Árvores, com tecnologia de enraizamento root maker, e, ainda, dos membros do futuro comitê da Praça Soichiro Honda e diretores da AVM – Associação de Moradores da Vila Mariana.

Os compostos orgânicos usados na oportunidade, foram doados pelas composteiras comunitárias da Vila Mariana, do Butantã, via Silvia Berlinck, do CADES Santo Amaro e pelo sr Pla Junior. Elas foram identificadas pelo biólogo Rogério Borcys, da Agenda 2030 e Horta Comunitária da Saúde.

As 27 mudas receberam um QR Code graças à Nina Orlow, da Agenda VM 2030, além das outras árvores plantadas desde 2016 e que formou a primeira floresta urbana plantada coletivamente pelo Cades VM. Basta apontar o celular no QR Code e o usuário terá o nome da espécie e a história do plantio que se iniciou em 2016. A identificação das espécies foi feita pelo biólogo Rogério Borcys, da Agenda 2030 e Horta Comunitária da Saúde. “Uma inovação do ativismo local da Vila Mariana e que poderá ser replicada por toda a cidade de São Paulo”, finaliza Sérgio Shigeeda, organizador do evento.
