Preparo:

Aqueça o forno em temperatura de 180 graus

Fure o salmão e preencha com pedacinhos de bacon

Tempere com sal e limão

Coloque duas folhas de papel alumínio uma sobre a outra numa forma refratária

Faça uma cama com as cenouras raladas e as cebolas

Coloque o salmão em cima das cenouras e cebolas

Espalhe as uvas passas

Faça uma pasta com o gorgonzola e o cream cheese e coloque por cima do salmão

Regue com azeite

Feche o papel alumínio, dobrando bem as bordas para que não perca o vapor durante o cozimento.
