Ainda dá tempo para se preparar para o verão

Fim de ano chegando e muita gente ainda está devendo aquela promessa de iniciar o famoso “projeto verão” e perder os tão temidos quilinhos extras. Mas, a essa altura do campeonato, vem a dúvida: será que ainda dá tempo ou já é hora de adiar esse plano para 2021 devido a pandemia?

Conversamos com dois profissionais da Aquasport para esclarecer essa e outras dúvidas recorrentes. E já adiantamos que a resposta é sim! Ainda dá tempo de se preparar para o verão. Tudo vai depender da sua disposição em iniciar hoje mesmo a tão desejada mudança de hábito. E estamos aqui para te ajudar nesse processo garantindo toda a segurança para você fazer os seus treinos. 

Começamos com as dicas do educador físico Ricardo Bodra @ricardobodra. Confira: 

A: Mito ou verdade: ainda dá tempo de se preparar para o verão?

RB: O melhor jeito é sempre a constância e a rotina de treino com vida ativa e saudável. Porém, quem está entrando nessa vida agora, não precisa se preocupar porque dá tempo sim! E vale lembrar da importância de uma rotina alimentar saudável também. Portanto: é verdade. 

A: Quem está começando a treinar agora consegue entrar no ritmo e ver resultados até o início do verão?

RB: Os melhores resultados são sempre a longo prazo e com trabalhos preventivos em relação a saúde, mas se começar AGORA, dá tempo de ver bons resultados, sim.

A: Se eu aumentar o tempo de treino, vou chegar aos resultados desejados mais rápido?

RB: Essa é uma questão muito relativa, pois os treinos são individuais, ou seja, variam de pessoa para pessoa de acordo com metabolismo, histórico de rotina, lesões etc. Então, o aumento de tempo pode ajudar dependendo do caso, mas as variáveis precisam ser estudadas para potencializar o seu treino. E algo que faz toda a diferença quando já está com o treino certo é a alimentação certa também, então aconselho procurar um especialista.

A: Quais são os exercícios indicados para perder aqueles quilos indesejados?

RB: Como dito anteriormente, a prescrição de treino é individualizada, respeitando o histórico e situação de cada corpo e pessoa. Não existe aquele exercício milagroso, mas existe uma série de exercícios e estímulos que ajudam no aumento do ganho de massa magra, que pode ser conquistado na musculação, ou em uma aula de grande gasto calórico como Bike ou Funcional. 

A: Quais são os exercícios indicados para ganhar massa muscular?

RB: Já sabendo que os treinos são prescritos de forma individualizada e que não existe um exercício que tenha o mesmo resultado em todos, vamos focar no tipo de estímulo e não no exercício em si. Treinos de força, hipertrofia e resistência vão auxiliar nesse ganho de massa muscular, chamado também de massa magra, principalmente o de hipertrofia. Mas é muito importante saber adequar o peso da carga resistida dentro das repetições desejadas e manter a amplitude do movimento para ter melhor aproveitamento, melhor resultado e melhor forma de prevenção de lesões.

A: Posso trocar a musculação pela dança e ainda ficar com o corpo definido?

RB: Dançarinos e bailarinos profissionais têm corpos esculturais, mas além da dança, geralmente eles têm treinos que agregam com volume e intensidade muito altos. Se você já atingiu o nível que gostaria e quer apenas fazer a manutenção enquanto pratica a dança, dependendo do volume (duração, intensidade e frequência) é possível. Porém, para manter a dança segura, é imprescindível fazer também a musculação de forma preventiva para evitar lesões. Lembrando que esse seria o caso de uma pessoa já treinada e que quer apenas manter. Para quem quer evoluir ou é iniciante, é indispensável o acompanhamento de ambos.

Como disse o nosso educador físico, treino e alimentação são aliados e se complementam. Para potencializar os resultados, é imprescindível manter uma boa alimentação. Por isso, abaixo a nutricionista Priscila Peixoto @nutripripeixoto esclarece questões importantes a respeito da alimentação. Veja: 

A: Quais são os alimentos mais indicados para quem quer ganhar massa muscular? E quais devem ser evitados?

PP: Para o ganho de massa muscular, sempre consumir fontes de proteína, evitando alimentos de baixa qualidade nutricional como gorduras, embutidos, frituras e doces no geral.

A: Quais são os alimentos mais indicados para a perda de peso? 

PP: Para perder peso, o indicado é consumir fontes de legumes, verduras, frutas e proteínas magras.

A: Não como carne. Como posso obter a quantidade de proteínas recomendada?

PP: Para quem não consome proteína de origem animal, consumir fontes proteicas dos vegetais como as leguminosas: feijão, ervilha, grão de bico, soja e tofu são boas soluções.

A: Como controlar a vontade de comer doces, frituras ou fast-food? Se eu comer esses alimentos apenas aos finais de semana, isso vai comprometer a minha dieta?

PP: Para controlar a vontade de comer alimentos não nutritivos, o melhor é optar por alimentos ricos em nutrientes, como verduras, frutas, carnes magras, além de praticar atividade física. Se comer aos finais de semana com moderação, não vai ter comprometimento na dieta.

A: Por que é importante conciliar os exercícios físicos com a alimentação para alcançar o corpo desejado?

PP: Os exercícios físicos irão ajudar na queima das gorduras localizadas e a aumentar o ganho de massa magra, consequentemente acelerando o metabolismo!

A: Qual é a influência do metabolismo na hora de conquistar o corpo desejado?

PP: Quanto mais rápido o metabolismo, maior será a queima de gordura, deixando a alimentação menos restritiva.
