Diríamos que, em alguns momentos, não tem como não chorar, ficar triste, temos que viver alguns lutos. Porém, a mesma capacidade que nos colocou frente a tristeza é aquela que nos permite nos sobrepormos a ela. Enfrentar efetivamente as fases ruins, mas não perder a vontade de mudar para melhor.
