Se um criança me pedisse um conselho, eu lhe diria: não tenha pressa em crescer, aproveite a infância é a fase mais curta da vida e é como adulto que você terá de viver o resto dela. Sem querer parecer nostálgico, como seria bom se por um momento, nossas crianças desligassem seus vídeos games, seus computadores e saíssem às ruas. Melhor seria se as ruas fossem devolvidas a elas, onde pudessem exercer o sonho, o lúdico, a poesia, a comunhão. De certa forma se isso acontecesse, significaria que as ruas também foram devolvidas a todos nós, adultos.

Eu acredito que as celebrações feitas em conjunto são os grandes momentos da vida. Na solidão, não há regozijo. É na troca constante de palavras e gestos entre as pessoas que compartilham simultaneamente as mesmas emoções e trabalhos que podemos estourar de alegria.

Raros são os adultos que não se queixam do número excessivo de horas que as crianças ficam diante das telas, solitárias, na companhia de um ser virtual que não tem alma. Mas convenhamos, de quem é a culpa? Não é nossa? É claro que é!

Sugiro, portanto: convide a sua criança para fazerem algo juntos. Que tal um bolo de chocolate, inesquecível? Nem tanto pelo bolo, mas por estar ao seu lado, trocando aromas, texturas, sabores, por fim afeto, a delícia do estar junto.

Bolo de chocolate

(Tudo no liquidificador)

– 4 ovos inteiros

– 2 xícaras de chá de farinha de trigo

– 2 xícaras de chá de açúcar

– ¾ de xícaras de chá de óleo de milho

– 1 xícara de chá de água fervendo

– ½ xícara de chá de cacau

– ½ xícara de chá de achocolatado

– 1 pitada de sal

– 1 colher de chá de bicarbonato

– 1 colher de sopa de fermento em póPreparo:

Bater todos os ingredientes no liquidificador, jogar o conteúdo numa tigela e misturar a mão 3 abobrinhas raladas (isso mesmo, esse é o truque).

Assar numa forma untada, enfarinhada e coberta no fundo com papel manteiga.

Cobertura e Recheio:

Ganache: 

– 150 g de chocolate meio amargo

– 100 g de creme de leite

– 3 gemas

– ½ xícara de açúcar de confeiteiro

– 200 g de manteiga

– ½ lata de doce de leite

– 2 colher de sopa de cacau em póPreparo:

Bata as gemas, o açúcar e a manteiga até formar um creme aerado, juntar o doce de leite, o cacau e continuar batendo por último à mão misturar a ganache feita com o chocolate derretido e o creme de leite.

Agora é só rechear, cobrir e deliciar-se com o bolo e a doce companhia!
