Concessão do Aeroporto de Congonhas

A concessão do aeroporto de Congonhas para a iniciativa privada e sua internacionalização está prevista para esse ano, com contrato de 30 anos de duração. Haverá um aumento de 37,5% nos pousos e decolagens, passando dos atuais 32 movimentos/hr para 44 movimentos/hr. A projeção é de um aumento do número de passageiros de 35% em 10 anos. Para se ter uma ideia, em junho de 2019 embarcaram/desembarcaram cerca de 1,7 milhões de viajantes no aeroporto.

Os impactos que esse aumento de aeronaves trará para nos bairros do entorno do aeroporto, bem como toda a cidade de SP, são ambientais (com maior descarga de poluentes), na saúde (entre elas, a saúde auditiva e mental), ruído (exposição ao ruído com maior frequência), na mobilidade e aumento do risco de acidentes aéreos, a exemplo do acidente com o avião da Tam em 2007.

Diante deste cenário, as várias associações do entorno do Aeroporto, entre elas a Associação Viva Moema, AVM (Associação de Moradores da Vila Mariana), Sojal, AVNC, Vila Nova Jardim Cecy, ANMA, AMEA vêm se mobilizando para que os riscos sejam mitigados.

As associações do entorno entraram com recurso já aceito no Ministério Público Federal, com posterior Audiência Pública, realizada no TCU (Tribunal de Contas da União) para que seja feito um estudo mais aprofundado de impacto urbano e ambiental, bem como para que ações de mitigação de riscos sejam incorporados nos termos obrigatórios da licitação da concessão.

A Infraero informou, na última reunião de Gerenciamento de Ruído Aeronáutico, que o registro das reclamações não corresponde às informações passadas pelas associações. Por isso é essencial que a população denuncie os ruídos excessivos no site da www.infraero.gov.br/fcraweb.
